Selling/trading a Mauser Model 71 that's been converted to a single shot .22 lr. Receiver dated 1875. Overall it's in very nice shape. Original length barrel which has a short sleeve at the chamber (sleeve runs about 1/3 the length of the inside of the barrel). Bluing is in nice shape throughout with only light spots of fading here and there. Wood stock is also in very nice shape with no major blemishes. He had a friend make a new front part from the band to the noes cap. I had a friend make a new noes cap like the original. We did shot it a few years ago. 1910 Carl gustafs 6.5x55 Swede mauser SN 262063 partially matching, reciever and bolt matches. Near full furniture (missing the armoury dial as seen in picture of right side. Light to moderate wear on wood, it is over 100 years old, crest is in very good sharp condition. Barrel, receiver, and bolt has not been reblued floor plate, and trigger assembly looks like it has been reblued. stock has not been sanded. Metal stamps are sharp with Swede crowns populating the bolt, barrel, sights and receiver.

Action has been professionally full-length Devcon bedded. It also has a brass pin in the wrist but that was there before I got it bedded. Stock and action show some marks of use and stock has harvest notches (?) but excellent condition overall. Integrated scope rails that accept Brno/ZKK/CZ550 19mm Leupold, Lynx or Warne rings as well as others.
