Timney trigger set at 3 lb.s for hunting. Boyd's walnut stock finished with Watco medium walnut Danish oil. Maximum Cartridge Overall Length the magazine can accommodate is 3.360" and Minimum O.A.L. is 3.340" for these loads. Selling/trading a Husqvarna 98 Mauser in 30-06. Overall it's in excellent shape. 24" barrel, controlled round feed, Swedish crest on the receiver. Bluing is in very nice shape throughout with only light imperfections to note here or there. Sitting in a Ramline stock which is also very nice, has very few blemishes. This rifle was purchased and imported by me in 2010. I’m the original owner. This is a left hand bolt action .22lr, magazine fed 5 shot repeater. It has a 24” #3 Douglas barrel,OD green Kevlar stock w/cheekpiece. There are a total of 3-5 shot magazines plus one that needs work to function properly. I’ve ruined enough mags to know better than to try to fix it myself. The barrelled action was a satin finish that’s been Ceracoated. It has a Timney trigger and a Talley picatinny 0 degree rail, also two sets of different height 1” ULA proprietary rings also made by Talley. Includes two EB Rifleman 2.8-9X40 green anodized scopes with P4 reticle and target turrets, a wood M40 style stock that has a pillar bedded action and free floated barrel. The Kevlar stock is full length bedded including the barrel. Speaking of the barrel, it’s a 24” chrome/moly not stainless and it’s 0.660” at the muzzle, so it’s heavier than a standard barrel but it’s not as heavy as a varmint weight barrel. It’s for sale because I’m not going to make good use of it at my age. It’s only going to waste in the gun safe. Once again it is a left hand action. Condition and performance? Condition is Excellent and can it shoot? Absolutely. It’s not picky about ammo. Will shoot most standard velocity well, never tried high velocity and absolutely no Stingers. I believe they’ll cause problems due to the type of chamber. Besides, if you use Stingers you don’t need this type of rifle. If you have any other questions or need more photos, let me know.

Over it's in good condition and only has one small chip out of the rifle stock on the left side, visible in the second picture.
