This is conversion to 45ACP /45 Auto also compatible with .455 Webley As well as original 11mm ammo. This one is in excellent original condition. it is "in the white", meaning it has never been blued or plated. It is not pitted, and all the markings are sharp and complete. The serial numbers are repeated on all components: the barrel, cylinder, frame, grips, internal mechanism parts and even the screw heads and escutcheons. Everything matches. The bore of the 4 1/2 inch barrel is as perfect and it is mirror bright and the rifling is sharp. The action is excellent and accurate, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly. The walnut grips are excellent and show no damage this one looks like new. SN G47715, manufactured in 1886, rated excellent overall. With original finish remains, the markings are well visible. The action is strong and accurate, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly. There is minimal side-to-side movement. The bore of the 6 inch barrel is very good, with strong rifling and little signs of wear and use. The original wooden grips are very good and undamaged. There is no wear visible. The front sight has been upgraded with a German silver blade for better accuracy. SN 12499, very good overall.​ History & Background Smith and Wesson's first double action design dates back to at least 1872 - years before Colt ever attempted a double action cartridge revolver. It was mentioned in a letter to the Russian envoy General Orlof, and although the sale to Russia never materialized, it served to pave the way for the very popular and successful line of double action top break revolvers. The .44 Russian model was actually the first to be produced as a prototype, and the last to be released for sale to the public. For this reason there exists a degree of confusion over the proper terminology: the first one to be manufactured for sale was the .38 caliber model, followed by the .32. The .44 caliber model was not released until 1881, and is variably known as the No. 3 Double Action, the Double Action "Navy" (a name Daniel Wesson wanted to keep alive to differentiate this model from the No. 3 single action, and still holding out hope to sell it to the Russian navy), and the First Model Double Action. Originally, the .44 Double Action was made with a 1 7/16 inch cylinder, however an optional .44-40 version was available as of 1886. This required a 1 9/16 inch cylinder, and a longer frame. These are incredibly rare, it's in fantastic shape, shiny bore, and an original sling not a repro the bayonet lug is unmarked though and all the history is as such.  1941 duv K98k was likely captured or surrendered after WWII.Instead of being destroyed or exported immediately, it was: Inspected Possibly re-barreled or cleaned up Reissued to DDR police or military The W in starburst/shield marks it as part of the DDR’s official arms inventory.  these are incredibly uncommon, and east german stuff is highly collectable i can ship but I highly suggest getting insurance. German Third Reich-era SA (Sturmabteilung) service dagger, also known as the Model 1933 SA dress dagger. The SA was the Nazi Party’s paramilitary “Brownshirts” organization. This ceremonial dagger (not a combat weapon) features: •  a wooden grip with an inlaid nickel-silver SA rune button and eagle emblem •  nickel fittings •  a double-edged blade etched with the motto “Alles für Deutschland” (“All for Germany”) •  a brown scabbard The design draws from 16th-century Swiss Holbein daggers. Your example has a brown-painted scabbard (common on later wartime production), solid nickel or plated fittings, and a wooden grip—typical for SA daggers (NSKK versions are identical except for black scabbards after 1936). The blade shows a faint marking near the ricasso (possibly a maker logo or RZM code), light runner marks, and some wear/patina, indicating age and use. No visible Gau mark (regional stamp) on the lower crossguard suggests it may be mid-to-late production (post-1935, when such marks were phased out). The handle that is fixed to the knife is reproduction, but it does come with the original handle which is shown in the last picture. Selling/trading a Kahles Helia-Super 6x42. Overall it's in nice shape. 26mm tube, German post reticle. The focus seems to be working intermittently, does not adjust properly when rings are tightened on the tube. Focusing it and then tightening the rings seems to work. Exterior shows some light wear, nothing major. Glass is very nice. Comes with a set of Talley rings. Will be sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantees. Looking for $325 shipped.
