Winchester P14 Bolt Action .303 Rifles

WW1 Winchester manufactured P14 bolt action 303 rifle.

The barrel, bolt and action have matching serial numbers; the rifle also has the British Broad Arrow property and proof marks including a crown/GR/crossed flags. The stock is stamped with 1W PATT 14.

The rifle is in good condition for its age, (Winchester manufactured P14’s were considered to be the better quality version).

The rifle is all original, with a front volley site plate, rear volley sight and the fine adjustable rear sight. These rifles were reportedly more accurate than SMLE riles with telescopic sights; I’ve used it on a military shooting range where it certainly proved to be very accurate.
