2010 Chevy Suburban LTZ

I'm selling this Suburban for my mother in law. She is the second owner and bought it out of Arizona with about 25,000 km on it. Its now at 228,000. Those km's are from the farm to the golf course and hair dresser. Its been very well maintained with an extensive going over in December of 2024, all new fluids, brakes, the list is long, amounting to $8000. All maintance papers available. Its a 5.3l engine.

New Cooper Discoverer tires last fall, weathertech mats all around.

It throws an oil pressure sensor code for some reason. The sensor and screen are new but it still happens.

The auto running boards have quit (of course) one in, one out. I tried to fix that but you really need a hoist to have a chance.

Speedometer is in MPH and front windows are tinted due to its Arizona origin.
