A place to call home

I'm looking for a reasonably priced rental for myself. I am a mature non smoking non substance user, older single woman. I am currently living in Edmonton. Not loving it. I have been a excellent tenant. I've gone so far as to do minor improvements. Always leaving resident better than I've found it. I'm finding myself, not wanting to be in the city. I would prefer a quiet out of Edmonton rental. I am on a fixed income. I am willing to yard/ interior up keep. I do however, have a very small companion. A tiny Yorkshire Terrier. I'm looking for a clean quiet home, 1 or 2 bdrm. No shared accommodations thank you. My budget is 1300 utilities included.
