Pool in the summer...Plenty of parking, heated garage used for working on occasional projects (additional cost above rent, depending on situation), as well as Horse Boarding facilities (barn, heated tack room, 60ft round-pen with lights, outdoor ring 110x 140ft, group field board, smaller individual turnout.) No smoking in the house, but outside/rest of the property is fine). The room will only be considered to a person working full time, and that doesn't work from home. Work references are mandatory.
