Yorkie/havanese

I have a female, yorkie/ havanese cross. She will be 2 in November. I had her potty trained and with all the rain this summer she didn't want to go out and started peeing in the house. Its become overwhelming for me. I need to rehome her to someone who has the patience and time to get her rehouse trained. She goes outside 95% of the time but has accidents. My landlord is not happy with me, i feel sad to have to do this but Im in a situation. Other then that she is a happy vibrant dog, shes used to cats and other dogs.
