Farm boy is looking for an acreage to rent within 45 mins of Edmonton AB.

Must have the following. 3+ bedroom, basement, heated 2+ garage (heated shop preferred), Air conditioning and natural gas BBQ hook up would be nice, fridge, stove, dishwasher, in building laundry, house >1200sqft. 2-40 acres. Can be in a acreage development or even a farm yard. I am a very handy retired Power Engineer, but I have a bad back and can only work for a hour at a time.

NO Mobile homes.

I would like possession to be no later than October 1, 2026

I don't have references, as I have not rented in over 35 years. But I can provide references from my last place of employment.

I have a pension, CPP and investments, I would like rent and utilites to be under $4200.00/month

I will live there by myself, except when family comes to visit.

Looking for very long term rental. Start with a year lease then month to month.
