**Looking for Ongoing Acreage Care — North of Athabasca**

Looking for a reliable person or small property-care business to provide ongoing care for my acreage north of Athabasca.

Summer work includes cutting grass, trimming, keeping the yard and ditch tidy, checking for fire hazards, and general cleanup as needed.

Winter work includes keeping the driveway and main areas cleared of snow.

There may also be occasional jobs such as checking downspouts, making sure water drains properly away from the house, and generally keeping an eye on the property.
