Acerage for Rent

I have for rent a roughly 1.5 acre yard for an opportunity to put a mobile home on. The yard is approx 3km North and 3km East of Barrhead on HWY 18. There is a water well, septic, power and will require renter to have a propane tank. There is a 20’x25’ garage included. Currently there is a mobile home on the yard that will be getting removed by previous renter. The renter will be responsible for yard maintenance, grass cutting and snow removal on driveway. $800/month.
