Basement Suite desperately needed

I am a twenty year old male with full time job looking for a basement suite in or near Barrhead. No pets and clean living - no drugs or alcohol! I would like 1-2 bedroom suite furnished willing to pay upto $1000./per month. Suites out of town would be great seeing I was brought up on a farm.
