Seeking responsible, long-term tenants who can also care for a friendly dog that lives in the household, including feeding and being an ongoing presence. Friends and family help with exercise and entertaining the dog during the week.

A standard rental at full market rate with a separate paid dog-care arrangement can also be discussed.

Rent: $800/month + utilities (electricity, heat, water, internet)/room

Pets: A dog is already in residence — additional pets by discussion
