Browning BLR 260 rem, Ugh, I will ship

Why Bubba's Gunsmithing did this to this once beautiful gun one can only shake their head. OMG. I suggest it once was a 243 now made into a 260 rem. ( now stamped into barrel) Please review photos carefully or inspect in person if you can. No bluing on lever or hammer ?? WTF ? After all that it appears to function as it should. 

Bluing on barrel and rifling is still good. Price has been reduced accordingly. 

 If you have a hunting firearm you would like to "trade in" and if you can drive to me, ( Innisfail, Alberta, just south of Reddeer) I will consider your in person (only, no exceptions please) trade ins .
