We have 140 acres total. Looking to divide up two sections at 5-20 acres either for pasture or for offgrid living or both.

Located 15 minutes from Boyle AB

100 acres - cattle or horse pasture.

Will have a spare 40 acres available preferrable for someone offgrid or has livestock Other people will be on site with livestock as well.
