I had this on a 223/5.56 which was deafening with its stock bird cage flash hider. With the XB-1 the report was similar to a 17 HMR. Much more enjoyable for everyone on the firing line.

I believe this is intended for .22 cal but the internal bore is 0.390”. Not sure if it can be used with other calibers.
