Brand new in box. I only took it out of the box to inspect. It has only been function fired by Marlin before leaving the factory as with all Marlin rifles. Comes with everything it does from factory including a hammer spur. Will ship at buyer's expense but priority will be given to local sale in Calgary. No trades.
