Hey everyone! I’m working with a couple relocating from BC who just sold their home and are actively looking for the right acreage in. Inventory on the market is fairly limited now and nothing currently listed meets our need.

They’re searching in the $1,300,000 – $2,100,000 range and hoping to take possession March/April. (Their house is sold on March 15th, 2026)

What they need:

• 5+ acres (they have 2 horses)

• A newer build (2000+) or a well-maintained, cared-for home

• Bonus points for a detached shop, barn, or outbuildings

• Privacy and good land usability are huge pluses
