Custom V3 Gearbox – GATE ASTER V3 – $160

Custom V3 gearbox originally built for a Mosquito 3D-printed airsoft project.

Includes:

• GATE ASTER V3 ETU/MOSFET

• Ball-bearing bushings

• Shimmed gearset

• Polycarbonate piston with metal rack

• Upgraded piston head/O-ring

• Upgraded cylinder head

• Upgraded nozzle

• Custom ported cylinder

• Spring/spring guide

• Wiring and remaining internals pictured

This gearbox was installed and live-fire tested in the Mosquito build and shot properly when last used.

Important: this is a custom build and is not being represented as a standard drop-in V3 gearbox. Best suited to someone comfortable working on AEG gearboxes.

Cosmetic condition is rougher than the V2. Bushings were secured with adhesive and can be removed if required.

I no longer have a complete gun available to live-fire test it. Bench tested: trigger activates the drive system, piston cycles and tappet plate operates correctly.
