ISOtunes shooting earbuds

Hi, brand new never used ISOtunes shooting earbuds. They have Bluetooth connectivity so they're good for phone calls or listening to music. They act as earplugs at a certain decibel level. Bought new from Amazon, missed my return window. I can't handle things inside my ears, not sure how I thought these would be different.
