Brand new in box. I only took it out of the box to inspect. It has only been function fired by Marlin before leaving the factory as with all Marlin rifles. Comes with everything it does from factory including a hammer spur. Pictures are of the 30-30. 45-70 looks the same. What you see on the receiver in the pictures is just the factory oil. $3600 for the 30-30. $4000 for the 45-70. Will ship at buyer's expense but priority will be given to local sale in Calgary.
