Pure breed flock of sheep

Small flock of purebred sheep for sale 🐑

Located in the Camrose area.

We would love to see them stay together, as they’ve all been raised together since they were lambs. They are all approximately 3 years old and are friendly, healthy, and in great shape — just due for shearing.

Flock includes:
• 2 rams
• 3 wethers
• 19 ewes

Breeds include:
• Babydoll (6)
• Icelandic (3)
• East Friesian (3)
• Navajo Churro (2)
• Finn (1)
• Dorper (1)
• Plus several white wool sheep of two additional purebred breeds (I can confirm breeds upon request)

The rams were added later this season, so some or all of the ewes may be bred, or we may have missed the breeding window.

They are:
• Trained to electric fencing
• Bucket trained and love treats
• Used to children and daily family life
• Raised with 3 livestock guardian dogs that have run with the flock since they were lambs
• Comfortable with automatic waterers
• Excellent mothers and easy birthers
• Hardy and proven through Alberta winters with very little needed

This flock offers a nice mix for homestead or small farm use:
• Good meat genetics
• Beautiful wool
• Some excellent milking lines as well

Hooves were recently trimmed.

We are getting out of sheep and shifting our focus toward cattle, otherwise we would be keeping them.
