Wanted to rent

Wanted: Camrose area.

1 bedroom unit with own 4 piece bath. Price range is 1200 month. A unit including utilities would be nice. I have no issues signing a lease, as long as it is a suitable unit for me. No pets, quiet lady, not too many stairs. Looking for a clean and quiet unit. Need outside space is a must as I enjoy being outdoors. Not looking for apartment buildings or shared space. Can move in end of April or May. I have excellent references, excellent credit, and always pay my bills on time. I might need to pay damage deposit in installments though, with some upfront. Hope that's okay.

On a side note: Since rentals have gone up, I am open to maybe finding a good spot with another senior female who is responsible also, who may need help splitting rent and bills. If you are, please contact me and maybe we can find a good spot together. I am an outdoor smoker, I pride myself with tidying up and being careful.
