Pre-WWI 1897 Winchester Shotgun

This shot gun is still part of the classic John Browning-era manufacture. Factory blued (not parkerized—parkerizing came later, mainly military refinish or WWII-era work) Finish looks worn/aged, possibly original blue that has patina’d, Barrel markings  “CYL” This is a takedown model in the barrel is mismatched serial number. Works as it should, and it loves to slam fire.Serial number E528292.
