iScooter W8 electric scooter 500W with 750W peak. Goes up any hill in Northern part of Cold Lake with a 200lbs passenger without an issue. Top speed is 40km/h downhill, 30km/h on flats and slowest on uphill has been 12km/h. 9" wheels with tube tires and dual suspension, so it's pretty smooth on the bumpy sections. I bought it on Amazon for $577 and the included lock was $32.

I've owned it a few weeks now and I've put on maybe 40 or 50km over all. I've ridden it from the Marina to Canadian Tire and back at and that was less than half the charge so it goes quite a long ways. It's pretty fast and gets you around town real nice and quick.
