Awesome Duo Hunting Knife Set

This handcrafted Ken Richardson knife set includes a 6-inch Bowie knife and a 2½-inch skinning knife, both forged from high-grade carbon steel for excellent edge retention, toughness, and easy sharpening in the field.

The knives feature genuine elk antler handles, shaped to fit naturally in the hand for a secure, comfortable grip—ideal for real hunting and game processing, even in cold or wet conditions.

They come with a custom handmade leather sheath, fully sewn with leather and finished with solid brass buttons and deer antler tip ties. The skinning knife includes a dedicated brass-button retention strap to keep it secure when moving through brush or riding.

Carbon Steel Care

Carbon steel is preferred by serious hunters, but it does require basic care:

Wipe clean and dry after use

Apply a light coat of oil or grease before storage (my preferred grease is bear)

Expect a natural patina to form over time
