Hi everyone, I’m a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, glutes specialist, weight loss coach and psychology accredited trauma informed life coach. I’ve lost 14 sizes and I’m a mom, coach and model. I’m currently prepping for a US TV bikini model search series. I genuinely enjoy helping clients transform physically and mentally. I place a huge emphasis on mental health. I’m currently running a pre-Christmas sale for $325+gst monthly for fully coached in-person and online clients.
