Girsan mc312

I have a girsan mc312 semi 12 gauge in excellent condition I've fire about 15rounds through it. Bought new from cad tire thinking I was gonna do more waterfowl but haven't yet and won't have time for it. It has approx 100 assorted rounds for game bird and water down and home defence along with chokes. Just want it to be out to work instead of taking up space in my safe. Asking 450 all in. If the adds still up it's still for sale. Only thing that may peak my interest would be a 243. Thanks for your time
