TPU - thermoplast polyurethane. This is a semi flexible filament often used in cell phone cases. It flexes like rubber and absorbs impact well.

ASA - the strongest filament you can buy without going to carbon fiber. ASA is tough, abrasion resistant and UV stable. Higher melting point makes this an ideal material where there will be heat. Although they are not 3d printed, car parts are made out of ASA
