25 hp Honda Boat Motor outboard w hydraulic lift

Don't know much about boat motors, I know it has very little hours on it. And was purchased for 5900 on sale. I'm the 2nd owner and have not used it because it's too heavy for me.. I'd let it go for 2800. Obo
