Weatherby Vanguard Black Hills

I have a Weatherby Vanguard Black Hills edition chambered in 7PRC. Got it and decided having 1 fast 7mm was enough. Has 30mm talley rings and a Zerotech vengeance 4-20x50 SFP illuminated scope on it with pop up turrets. Also has a Peak 44 rail under it for a bipod. Looking to get 1500 for the package or 1100 for just the rifle. Would prefer not to ship. Thanks in advance.
