Rent per month; 850 a month all utilities and internet included. Damage deposit is $400 refundable if the tenant decides to move out and there is no damage to repair. Tenant required; seeking a female for this rental as I am away and my girlfriend is at home at times by herself. Parking; there is parking in the driveway for one vehicle and lots of street parking available. Lease type; we can do a 6-month lease or a month by month lease.
