In search of landlord or landlady in Greater Sudbury, ON:

We are 3 mature employed adults. No pets or children. Non smokers, non drinkers. Excellent references. We require a 2-3 bedroom house with washer and dryer, a/c, dishwasher, 2 and a half baths and parking for 2 vehicles. $2800/month. Utilities included, if possible. Long term rental only.
