Celtic Newsboy flat cap

Celtic authentic Irish design newsboy flat cap. I think the 59 is the size in centimeters which I believe is 7 3/8ths. The hat is new as it still hat the store hanging thing on it, but it's been on the shelf in the closet for a while. Was originally $23 + tax, asking $15. Located in Killam Alberta
