Very few original finish on the barrel and no finish on the action. Very nice rifling. The stock was reinforced with several wood pins that can easily be seen in the pictures provided. There are tacks of welding: Two that retain the magazine to the barrel and one tack at the junction of the barrel and the action. Othewise, this rifle works properly and is now very solid.
