1917 SMLE Mk III* (later Rifle No. 1 Mk III*), .303 British. WWI-era military Lee-Enfield with full-length military wood furniture, detachable magazine, original-style tangent sights, nose cap and brass trapdoor buttplate. Crown/G.R./1917/SHT LE/III* markings visible. Receiver number 28948. Rifle shows substantial age-related finish wear, patina, surface oxidation and stock wear. Appears substantially complete and retains its original military configuration.

Ive never shot it. And can confirm its firing condition. Could certainly use a clean. More of a collection peice than something youd take out really.
