WANTED: Looking to buy a home!

Young couple looking to purchase a house in Prince George. Ideally a duplex or multifamily home with 2-4 units, at least two of which are liveable. A smaller house with 2-4 bedrooms at a reasonable price would also be interesting. Decent area of town (as long as it’s not the hood) whether in town or rural, we are interested in both.
