Purebred German shepherd pup

"Bear" a purebred German shepherd puppy who is almost 4 months old and had his first set of shots plus dewormed has a small but not noticeable distended hernia which the vet said wouldn't bother him. Located in Quesnel BC. Born March 31st, I do have the vet paperwork from his first set of shots. He will come with his collar and a bone.
