It was sold to me as a new/unfired rifle, I can't guarantee that this is the case however it looks to have seen minimal use, if any. 22" barrel. Steel is in excellent shape as is the stock, a few light handling marks if anything. Bore is excellent. Comes topped with a Leupold VX-Freedom 3-9x40. Will come with one detachable magazine.
