Savage 99 .300 Savage

Selling/trading a Savage 99 in .300 Savage. Overall its' in good shape. Made in 1954, 24" barrel with brass counter. Steel has faded to a light patina throughout and shows some tarnishing - no pitting or corrosion. Wood stocks are in decent shape, normal bumps, bruises and scuffs. Has a chip at the forestock, crack at the tang and a small hole through the butt. Bore is in nice shootable shape. Action seems to have some metallic grease of some kind in it, could use a good deep cleaning. Has its original iron sights. Looking for $575 shipped. Insurance by request on buyer.
