Family of 4 Looking For Acerage

Family of 4 - Mom, Dad, 2 kids, 2 years, and 2 weeks.

Looking for an acerage away from the city 30-45 mins North and or East of GP (Full time Employment)

We’ve been in peace region for 11 years and plan on continuing to be great members of our community - this isn’t no ‘five year plan’ for us.

We’ve been long term renters in Sexsmith and put down some roots. We live in another small Hamlet now, and are capable of the acerage style of living (understanding seasonal changes and responsibilities that come with this style living - not citified :) )

We adore the saddle hills and Birch Hills areas and dream of owning there. Rent to own would be ideal but understand that renting in this market benefits the owner.

We have a 25 lb dog and no other animals at the moment.

But for now the requirements would be:

3 bedrooms minimum, 4 ideal

Garage or shop space, have SXS and sled and RV.

North of GP slight north and west (Webster area -> East)

I can provide 7 years of on time bank statements for rent - we are stable, and looking for or future home for our little brood.
