hydraulic hose crimper

ET1000 1 1/4" hydraulic hose crimper is found on heavy duty equipment shops, service trucks and drilling rigs. Will service farm, oil patch, trucking, earth moving equipment and more.

Completely portable and compact. Can be broken down separately into pump, crimper and die/plates for easy moving or to fit in a service truck or farm shop. Hoses can be fixed in the field using a quick attach hand pump if now air or power is nearby.

Versatile machine can be driven by air, Electric or hand pump (this unit comes with an air pump). Very robust and virtually indestructible crimper with no electronic settings. Further adjustments to the die and plate crimp specs can be made using shims.

This is the 1st version of ET1000 that allows more flexibility in crimping a variety of hose brands.

Specifications and what’s included;

Dies supplied to crimp 2 wire hose to ¾” and 4 wire hose to 5/8”. Dies can be added to go to 1 ¼”.

Air operated 10,000 psi pump.

5 dies, 7 plates, 6 shims for added crimp diameter adjustments
