The place will come fully furnished. Super clean & quiet building in spruce grove right next to the tri-leisure. Has a walk through close & ensuite in the main bathroom. Damage deposit of $1550 will be required. First month’s rent of $1550 will be required the first day of move in. I am looking for someone quiet & professional. I will require proof of employment & references prior. Looking for a long term tenant - 1 year lease minimum required. Comes with underground parking and one additional parking stall - the building does now allow pets. Will be doing showing the second week of September.
