US Made Savage No4 Mk1* Lee Enfield 303 British Oct 1943 Full Military Wood. Matching S/Ns

Late 1943 production Savage No4 Mk1* in full wood furniture & brass butt plate. Good condition with a shiny, well defined 2 groove bore. Marked "US PROPERTY" along with the Flaming grenade. Bolt handle and wrist serial numbers match, mag does not. Upper hand guards, sling & front band are all Savage marked. Forearm looks British (might be Savage) but is well matched for color. Forearm has fine hairline crack on the left side above the trigger, forward of the wrist which is cosmetic. Could be glued easily if it widens. Butt stock may be Savage or British. Mag is Savage. Rear sight is a nice Poole marked Mk 1. Comes with a faded Canadian P37 sling.
