Cat needs new home

A male one-year-old cat needs a new home. He was great here at home for most of his life, but is now very fearful of his mother. I don't know what went on in the past couple of weeks, but now she spends the whole day on my stove. She's afraid to come down so I carry her to the litter box twice a day and feed her a few times a day up on her perch. He has had all the shots originally needed and has been neutured. I would like his new home to be a house, not an apartment, so he'd have the time to go outside when he wants. Of course he shouldn't be let out immediately, not until he get used to his new home. He is not any special breed, only a very beautiful tabby.
