Electronic & Regular Soccer Referee Flags

Regular set of soccer referee flags & electronic set of Bip flags. Used several times during tournaments. Works really well. The BIP flags were getting slippery on the handle when raining so I put some hockey stick tape on them. Paid $250USD for them. Regular flags have a bit of electrical tape at the top of the foam to stop it from slipping up the shaft when wet. The cloth flag portion is washable. Both sets come with flag cases. Instructions are included for electronic flags. Uses 9V batteries
