looking for a room in toronto or gta area

me and my significant other (19) and myself (18) are looking for a cat friendly + smoking friendly + lgbt friendly room or place to rent in toronto or the gta area preferably $1000 or under and unfurnished. both play the guitar, but we are quiet and clean up after ourselves. would like to have utilities included with the rent as well. anywhere in toronto is fine but we don’t mind settling somewhere outside close that’s still in the TTC region.

we are currently saving but anything available when we are ready we will take it.
