This is a shared space trailer house located at 101 Street, Westlock, AB and 1 room is available for rent $450/month everything is included heat, water, electricity and internet, need 1 month advance 1 month security deposit. Kitchen and bathroom are shared by everyone.ONLY the renter allowed to use and sleep on the rented room.

No pets. Smoking, vaping, partying that cause nuisance or drinking of alcohol excessively inside of the premises is not allowed. Bedframe provided. PM to visit the room if this suits you.
