Kitchen and bathroom are shared by everyone.Due to the privacy and peace of other renter, only the renter allowed to use and sleep on the rented room.

No pets. Smoking, vaping, partying that cause nuisance or drinking of alcohol excessively inside of the premises is not allowed. Bedframe provided. PM to visit the room if this suits you.
