Excellent shape. Straight frame, slides well, feet in good condition. One plastic cap on top end of ladder is broken off (see picture) but ladder is fine. Used when we put together one large metal storage shed and unused since so selling. For comparison checked Canadian Tire before posting this ad and pretty much exact same ladder (Mastercraft) was $229.00. Located in Westlock
